Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India will today launch the Activa 6G. In its 5G avatar at present, the scooter is one of the largest selling two-wheelers of the country. Honda Activa 5G is available in Standard and Deluxe trims, with their limited editions also on sale at the moment. The Activa 5G rivals against the likes of TVS Jupiter and Hero Maestro Edge, and is priced between Rs 55,934 (ex-showroom, Delhi) and Rs 58,199 (ex-showroom, Delhi)

We are expecting Honda Activa 6G price to be in the range of Rs 60,000 (ex-showroom) and Rs 63,000 (ex-showroom).
Honda Activa 6G Engine
At present, the Activa 5G is powered by a 109.19 cc, fan-cooled, 4-stroke, SI engine that makes 8 bhp and 9 Nm of peak torque. The mill is mated to a V-Matic transmission. The new Honda Activa 6G will get a BS6-compliant, PGM-FI engine.
Honda Activa 6G Specifications
The Activa 5G currently gets spring-loaded hydraulics at the front and rear. There are 10-inch tyres with drum brakes at both the ends. These specifications might be available in the Activa 6G, along with some changes.
